Items are non-refundable/non-returnable, we do not accept cancellations or exchanges. Our aim is sustainability, so each piece is made to order. Fabric is cut within 30 mins of order placement meaning we are unable to cancel your order after this timeframe. Please check the size chart on the website against your own measurements to ensure the best fit. Unfortunately, we do not offer alterations. 

Production time varies for each product, please check product descriptions. We use the most reliable delivery services, but we are not responsible for any delivery/courier delays. We are also not liable for any damage attained during transit. This is very rare, but if it happens please get in touch with us and the selected shipping service directly.  In any instance, shipping is non-refundable

Each order is made and handled with care from start to finish on our end, we meticulously check each piece before it is sent out. Although, if you believe your item is flawed please don’t hesitate to get in touch by emailing query@fifthhousemuse.co.uk

Please note for international orders, sales tax and customs charges are not included in any of these prices. These fees are set by the customs in your country and are not in our control, nor do we benefit from this fee.

If for any reason you miss the delivery of your order and it is not picked up in the given collection period, this will be sent back to us. You can track this through your tracking link. If this is the case you will be given the option of a refund (minus shipping cost) or will be asked to cover the cost of sending this out again. I am not responsible for missed deliveries/collections. I am also not responsible for losses/damages. If this does occur please contact the shipping company directly.💘
