Exchanges (UK ONLY)

We want your order to fit perfectly! If you’re a UK customer and placed your order after 19th August, you’re eligible for an exchange. If receive your order and it doesn’t fit, please get in touch via email (query@fifthhousemuse.co.uk) within 7 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for a different size.

Please note you cannot exchange your order for a different style, it needs to be the same style but a different size. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We will let you know a timeframe for when your new size will be ready! We are always happy to advise on sizing, and are happy to make these pieces to your measurements if you’d like to supply them to us.
