Shipping policy

Please allow 14 working days for production time. After the 14 working days, your order will be sent with your desired shipping method. (5 working days do not include Saturday and Sunday). Items are shipped with Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Options can be found at checkout. Fifth House Muse is not liable for any damage done to parcels in transit by the shipping courier. We are also not responsible for shipping delays.
